When did you start running, and what got you interested in running? I got interested in running because my two older brothers both ran. I started running in youth track.
How would you describe your experience with TOXC? Being part of TOXC has pushed me to stay consistent, manage my time more effectively, and grow as a communicator. More than anything, it’s been inspiring to run alongside such a motivated and supportive group of people.
As a captain, what are your goals for the team as we enter our 2025 season? I hope to make everyone feel valued while creating an environment to help inspire and push everyone to their fullest potential.

When did you start running and what got you interested in running? I started running my freshman year. My older brother got me interested in running. I witnessed how much my brother’s involvement transformed his attitude and shaped his life.
How would you describe your experience with TOXC? Being a part of TOXC has truly been the highlight of my high school experience. This team means a lot to me and is like my second family. The environment we’ve built is one of support, encouragement, and dedication, and it’s something I look forward to every single day. Knowing that I can come to practice and be surrounded by people who care about me, push me to be my very best, and believe in me has made all the difference. TOXC has helped shape me into the person I am today, and I’m so proud to be a captain of a team that means so much to me.
As a captain, what are your goals for the team as we enter our 2025 season? I hope to keep the team’s morale high. The support we show each other is what makes this team so special, and I want to make sure that continues. I also want every single person on this team to know that they matter and that they belong, because they do! I hope to leave a lasting impact by helping build an environment where everyone feels valued, motivated, and proud to be part of this team!

When did you start running and what got you interested in running? I started running my freshmen year of high-school and my older brother was on the team before and inspired me to become a runner
How would you describe your experience with TOXC? My experience with TOXC has been an amazing learning experience and having a good mix of fun and work on the team. Along with having a really friendly environment of people you are around on the team.
As a captain, what are your goals for the team as we enter our 2025 season? My goals for the team this year is to run with the best of my abilities while also being a leader and someone to look at who sets a good example to those around them. Also being as supportive as possible.
