EQUIPMENT
- Running Shoes:
- Shoes should be properly fit by a professional at a specialty running store
- Shoes should be replaced every 400 miles (roughly every 2 to 3 months)
- We support Future Track Running Center in Agoura –
- Digital Watch: Student athletes utilize watches every day in practice
- Running Shorts
- Running Top: long sleeve when it’s cold
- Water & Post-Run Snack
- Recovery from our workouts is almost as important as the running itself
- Athletes are encouraged to bring water, and electrolyte recovery drinks, along with a protein / Carbohydrate-rich snack
TEAM RULES / ATHLETE ELIGIBILITY
- Scholastic Achievement: minimum 2.0 GPA is required of all athletes
- Alcohol, drug, and tobacco use is prohibited
- In-Season Team Rules to be discussed at August meeting
