EQUIPMENT

  • Running Shoes:
    • Shoes should be properly fit by a professional at a specialty running store
    • Shoes should be replaced every 400 miles (roughly every 2 to 3 months)
    • We support Future Track Running Center in Agoura –
  • Digital Watch: Student athletes utilize watches every day in practice
  • Running Shorts
  • Running Top: long sleeve when it’s cold
  • Water & Post-Run Snack
    • Recovery from our workouts is almost as important as the running itself
    • Athletes are encouraged to bring water, and electrolyte recovery drinks, along with a protein / Carbohydrate-rich snack

TEAM RULES / ATHLETE ELIGIBILITY

  • Scholastic Achievement: minimum 2.0 GPA is required of all athletes
  • Alcohol, drug, and tobacco use is prohibited
  • In-Season Team Rules to be discussed at August meeting
